Race Description:

This is an excellent marshalled event on un-closed roads and works as a perfect 20 mile race in your marathon build up preparation for Manchester or London or other spring marathons. The route of the race does have a number of steep hills and the weather can be challenging at that time of year but it is a great event for marathon prep. The Spen 20 has been held from the Spen track for over 40 years! The course starts and finishes at the Princess Mary Stadium and is a 2 lap route.

Changing, showers, drinks, refreshments and results on the day. 

Incorporates the Yorkshire 20 Mile Championships.
