Race Description:

The 3 Dales Marathon gives you the choice of running or mountain biking this 26.2 mile course.  Spanning the 3 dales of the Ribble, the Aire and the Wharfe between the beautiful market towns of Settle and Grassington.


The event starts and finishes at North Ribblesdale RUFC and all participants will be rewarded with a bespoke medal and a well deserved hot food at the finish.

The route is on good trails and is signed and marshalled.
