Race Description
Brought to you by It's Grim Up North Running, this event is perfect for all runners of all abilities.
Found in South Elmsall, Frickley country park is a former colliery which has been converted into a lovely space that's perfect for runners.
For this event the five mile loop will combine good paths with some challenging hills the route is quiet and pretty (enough to keep you on track). The bespoke medal will make a lovely addition to your collection. A goody bag and feast of cakes will be rewarded to all runners on the finish line.
Parking is available adjacent to the site.
Also featuring: 5 miles, 15 miles, 20 miles, marathon and ultra marathon.
