Race Description:
The Mash Direct Belfast City Half Marathon is Northern Ireland's largest half marathon event. The race has now sold our for four years in a row. The route for this super popular half marathon largely remains the same as previous years but has now been developed to include a more scenic route through Botanic Gardens onto Stranmillis Embankment.
In 2022 the organisers increased the capacity of the race to allow for more entries. The race will start on the Ormeau Embankment and take in the South, East, North and West of Belfast, including a new section in the East of the city. The race will use more of the greenway, instead of Sydenham Bypass, before travelling through Victoria Park and into the Titanic Quarter.
