Race Description:
The Canterbury Half Marathon is set on the late summer bank holiday Monday and is a challenging course but a popular Kent half marathon. The race is set on the quiet country lanes on the outskirts of Canterbury and the course follows a lollipop shaped route. The route is clearly marked and is fully marshalled. The course follows roads open to traffic and therefore headphones are not allowed. There is a bespoke medal plus a range of finish line goodies available to all race finishers. There are also well stocked aid stations along the route. Race organised in aid of Pilgrims Hospices by Nice Work with the support of the Forest of Blean Rotary Club.
We have been advised by the organiser that there is no cut off time, but the last coach will be departing at 2pm back to the car park.
