Race Description:
The City of Preston 10 is a flat, fast 5 mile loop with great PB potential, the course was used by England Athletics for the National 5 mile road race championships in 2019 and has been accurately measured to UK Athletics championship standards. The course takes in a mixture of fast straight roads with a scenic lakeside loop towards the end of the lap. The 5 mile race is a single lap, with the 10 miler taking in 2 laps of the exact 5 mile loop.
