Race Description:
The Clipston Trail Half Marathon (ish) returns this year on it's desirable rolling hills and on across country trails.
The course starts opposite the pavilion Clipston centre and you immediately encounter an uphill into the rolling countryside. The route passes along bridleways, with short sections running along country roads. The final section winds from Kelmarsh back to Kelmarsh and is on a footpath. The local Northamptonshire countryside offers some fantastic views and perhaps a welcome distraction...
Free parking is available on-site and information about collection of race numbers will be provided by the organisers prior to race day.
All finishers will receive a race medal and an individually wrapped homemade cake!

Clipston W.I. is a group of 20 or so ladies who meet monthly in our village hall. They have interesting speakers, enjoy days out, fun and friendship. They are now in their 101st year and have a long tradition of supporting the Clipston village community. They are pleased to support the half marathon and hope you will enjoy the cake!
