Race Description:
The Dallas BMW Marathon runs for 51st time in 2022. The race has come a long way since it's start in 1971 when there were just 82 runners! The Dallas marathon race route will starts and finish in Downtown Dallas and highlights the best areas of the city. Along the route, runners will pass through various popular parts of the city before finishing the race at Dallas City Hall Plaza. There will be on course entertainment. There is also a half marathon event.
Hydration stations will be put out at miles 2, 4.25, 5.25, 6.5, 8, 9.25, 9.5, 10.75, 11.25, 11.5, 12.25, 12.5, 14.25, 15.5, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 24, 24.75, 25.5. All stations will provide water and Gatorade Endurance Formula to runners.
