Race Description:
The 2023 race did not go ahead with the following announcement from LKR Events:
"Due to a change in circumstances within LKR Events we are stepping away from our event portfolio. Brantingham Parks Injury Clinic have confirmed the 2023 race will not go ahead but plan to be back in 2024." https://www.facebook.com/brantinghamparks
The Gilberdyke 10 Mile road race is a popular, super flat, local race across the open flats of the East Riding of Yorkshire and skirting the banks of the River Ouse, taking in the villages of Blacktoft and Yokefleet.
The race starts on Clementhorpe Road/Scalby Lane near the Memorial Hall and for the safety of runners, the race is run on partially closed roads. The road closures will result in reduced flexibility for traffic movements around the village and the race route on the day. More details will be published nearer the event on the race organisers website.
