Race Description:
The Great North West Half Marathon is a fast and flat course around the coastal front of Blackpool. The event attracts around 1500 runners. It is a good spectator course for the family as it is a two lap course.
The event HQ is on the Middle Walkway on Blackpool's North Promenade (opposite the Grand and Imperial Hotels). The HQ, start and finish are all in the same location. Finishing runner will receive a bespoke medal, a technical T-shirt, chip timing, medical support and water stations.
