Race Description:
The course is all on paths within Heaton park. The 5k is one lap while the 10k is 2 laps. The half marathon course is different from the 5km and 10km. There will be marshals and signs at the needed points.
There will be a water station on each lap and at the finish line. Entry includes chip timed results, a themed medal and the big bonus of free official event photos. There is also fruit and flapjack.
Heaton Park Half Marathon Race Route
The race is run on the paths of the large Heaton park which is just north of Manchester and home to a Grade 1 listed neoclassical 18th century house.
