Race Description:

The Henley Half Marathon is a very popular event with many repeat entrants.

The course takes runners through the town, over Henley Bridge and into the countryside, returning along the Thames towpath, back through town centre and out to "Heartbreak Hill" the famous mile long climb often seen as a personal challenge by many runners. Following the descent the run is flat and fast back to the Rugby Club.

We use road closures at the start to ensure safe passage for all runners through the town centre.
