The Knighton 20 mile race is a great addition to your spring marathon training plan. The course is 3 laps on rural 'open' roads with slight undulations. The drinks stations are located on the course and at the end of each lap.
Please note the time limit of the race 4hours but the organiser and stated that runners are welcome to start 1 hour earlier at 9.30 am. The Race headquarters are at Knighton Sports and Social Club, ST20 0QH.
