Race Description:

Race discontinued

The Ladybower Marathon is set in the Peak District national park and the route is surrounded by the high fells set within Derwent Valley. Described by fellow runners as one of the most scenic trail marathons in the Peak District this one is not to be missed. It is a fast course with hard packed trails but there are a couple of significant climbs which take you high up onto the Derwent fells.

Entry fee includes:

 Bespoke finishers medal

• Fully stocked aid station

• Marked and marshalled course

In the Derwent Valley, mobile phone signal is virtually non existent and so it is VERY IMPORTANT to check in at every feed station on route - failure to do so will result in a instant disqualification.

It is a cupless organisation on the feed stations. Please bring your own personal cup.
