Race Description
The 2022 marathon was postponed until 2023. The 2023 Morecambe marathon is scheduled for 08 October 2023.
The Morecambe marathon course starts from The Midland Hotel, then follows the whole length of Morecambe Promenade before running North to Carnforth and Warton with a beautiful loop along the Shore Road then back to the prom to finish at The Midland Hotel. The route is fast and flat so very good for those chasing a PB. The roads and paths are not closed to the public.
