Newcastle Town Moor Marathon Race Entry

Race Description

The Newcastle Town Moor Marathon is run over a traffic-free 7 lap course.  The course is over good footpaths and runs around the historica Exhibition Park and Town Moor.  Road shoes are fine for this event.

Water/feed stations are available on the course along with juice and sweeties.  The organisers allow you to bring your own food and drink to leave at the feed stations.  

Portable toilets are provided on the course and there is a single toilet at race HQ, in the Boathouse. Hot drinks, chocolate are available in race HQ after the race.

Runners report it being a great race with great support from the volunteers around the course.

A half marathon is also run on the same day and is 1/2 of the above mentioned marathon course.
