Race Description

The Nice to Cannes Alpes-Maritimes Marathon (know also as the Riviera Marathon) is one of the biggest and best marathons in France.  With 95% of the race being next to the sea on a coastal route with views of sea and palm trees, what's not to love.  With only a few 'small' inclines to consider (see below) it's a must in your marathon race calendar.

More than 13000 runners take part in the running festival from all over France and indeed the world, with other races taking part at the same time, including: Duo (2 x 21.1km), 20km and a marathon relay.  

Medical Certificate and ID Required for number collection.

This is a point to point race starting on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice and finishing in the centre of Cannes just past the Carlton hotel. After finishing the race you can go have a paddle or swim at the beach in Cannes - what a great reward for all that hard effort.
