Race Description:
The Rotterdam Marathon starts in the center of Rotterdam and finishes on the Coolsingel.
The well known course of the NN Marathon Rotterdam has had a new starting location since 2018. The participants start at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge and walk in the direction of the Kop van Zuid. The route then takes runners past all the main highlights of Rotterdam. There is a friendly crowd encouraging runners all the way to the finish line on the Coolsingel. The course of the NN Marathon Rotterdam is also the course of the TBI Business Runs.
The race bibs can be collected on the Friday, Saturday and also the race day Sunday which is very useful.
Drinks stations with sports drinks (AA Drink) and water on the following points: 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K, 25K, 30K, 35K and 40K. Besides there will be sponge stands on the following points; 12,5K, 17,5K, 22, K, 27,5K, 32,5K and 37,5K. Directly after the finish there will be AA Drink Smart recovery, water and fruit available. No fruit is provided at the care stands on the course.
