This race is discontinued

The Rugby Half Marathon follows an undulating course along the disused Great Central railway and closed town and country roads of Britain's railway centre.

Starting at Hart Field, the route leads onto clear country roads and returns to the town centre on 'a linear nature reserve' - the old railway line that is now a recognised wildlife hotspot.
