Race Description:
The Snowdonia Half Marathon celebrated it's 10th anniversary in May 2022.
WARNING - THIS IS SUPER TOUGH!
This is a stunning but super tough half marathon, set in the awe inspiring Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. The race starts and finishes in the village of Llanrwst and further to feedback from previous runners has been made even more challenging!
The route from Llanrwst goes straight up to Llyn Geirionydd and up and over to Llyn Crafnant, back down towards Trefriw, before heading up the 1:7 hill at approximately 11 miles. Then finally a downhill back to the finish via Gwydyr Castle.
The Snowdonia Half Marathon is part of the Four Castles Half Marathon Series.
There will be a drink station at around every 3 miles and also at the finish.
