The 13.1 mile flat route starts at Tower Bridge and finishes at Cutty Sark in Greenwich. The race passes through the boroughs of Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Lewisham and Greenwich. There are water stations at Miles 3,6 and 10 as well as a Lucozade Sport station at Mile 8. Water will also be available at the finish and the finisher bag will contain Lucozade Sport. The great Sir Mo Farah, the two time previous winner of the Big Half will be running in the 2022 event.
