Race Description:
The Essex 20 mile race is held in March and is an ideal race to run in the build up to the Marathon season. However, it’s not just a training run as it has a long history as a race in it's own right.
The venue for the event is at Debden Airfield. This dis-used flat airfield is a fast tarmac course with no sharp corners. Surrounding tree cover makes for fairly calm wind conditions on most days.
A medal is provided to all finishers with the option of purchasing a race day t-shirt.
