Race Description

Running through the historic City of Lancaster and the Lancashire Lune Valley countryside, the Trimpell 20 mile race is 90% traffic free and is a flat and fast course. The race is run at a time which is perfect for preparation for your marathon. It a friendly race which is organised by a team of dedicated runners and provides a warm welcome with good support along the route. The race venue is at the 315 Health Club and the race starts on the riverside path behind the Holiday Inn.
