Wirral 10 Mile Race Entry

Race Description:
The Wirral 10 mile has returned but now only as a 10k event.
The Wirral 10 Mile in aid of The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation starts and finishes on Coastal Drive and head out along the waterfront as far as the Seacombe Ferry Terminal where runners will perform a u-turn and head back toward New Brighton.
The first three miles will take all runners as far as the Seacombe Ferry terminal along the waterfront promenade. There will be a water station located at the turn around point and runners will make the return journey to New Brighton on the opposite side of the promenade. The course is predominantly flat along the full route. Approaching the Floral Pavilion on the return runners turn right toward Fort Perch Rock and then around the Marine Lake walkway to Ian Fraser Walk. At the end of Ian Fraser Walk 10 mile runners will continue straight ahead along King's Parade toward the northern promenade as far as the Gun Site car park.
There will be a water station at 3 miles for the use of all runners. There will be second water station just after the 6 mile point for the express use of 10 mile runners. There will also be water available at the finish line.
