Inskip Half Marathon Route

The course is a slightly undulating loop through the Lancashire countryside. Runners start and finish on the 5269 road, just south of Inskip. The run offers race prizes to the first 3 men and 3 ladies plus all the veteran categories up to age 80 and there will be £50 awarded for the male and female course record if they are broken and other spot prizes. It will be quite tricky to beat the current record of 1hr 8 mins 25 seconds, held by Stewart Robinson.

There will be refreshments on sale at a small charge such as tea/coffee, soft drinks and cakes and after the race there will be a meat or vegetable hot pot lunch for each runner, which will be much needed on a cold running day. There is only limited parking available at the race venue so car sharing is appreciated by the race organisers.
