Race Description:

Located in the Charente region on the banks of the river Charente, the village of Jarnac welcomes runners from Asia, the United States and all the countries of Europe.

The Marathon course is a real 'festival' with many runners choosing to run in fancy dress.

Winding through the wonderful countryside of the Charente and with many bands and super support along the route.

With a run through one of the local Cognac warehouses and tastings on offer (you can do this post race should you prefer), it's a real experience taking part. In addition there are food and drink tasting stands, workshops and locally produced craft products to compliment your visit to this region.

Every year this race becomes more and more popular.
